an inconsistency

1. I had warm thoughts of you.
2. I did not know my position.
3. I also did not know what I needed .
4. Though the comfort of one cigarette on the porch did not persuaded me.
5. Your heart was calling .
6. I could not resist your temptation.
7. And...... so I was depleted with absolution.
